Ingredients
- 1 Baguette loaf (I source mine from the whole foods bakery)
- 1/4 cup minced fresh garlic
- 1-2 TBSP fresh parsley
- 1/4 Cup butter (not melted, but at room temperature)
- 3 TSP truffle oil
- 1/4 TSP truffle salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare a sheet pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray and wipe the entire surface with a paper towel to spread the spray out evenly.
- Cut your bread into 4” pieces, then cut them in half so you have a top and a bottom piece. Continue to do this until your loaf is fully cut. You should have about 15-20 pieces of garlic bread.
- Using a garlic crusher, press your garlic cloves until you have a total of ¼ cup filled. Set your minced garlic aside.
- Using a knife, finely mince your fresh parsley. Set aside.
- Make your butter mixture by combining your room temperature butter, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, truffle oil and truffle salt. Using a fork mix well until you have a smooth mixture.
- Using a rubber spatula, spread your truffle garlic butter mixture over each piece of cut bread and place on your prepared baking sheet.
- When your oven is preheated, bake the garlic bread at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Garlic bread should be a nice golden toasty color and butter should have melted into each piece.
- NOTE: depending on your oven, you might need to broil them for 2-3 minutes to get them crispy. But, they should crisp and toast from the baking alone.
- When done, remove from heat and let cool. Serve once cooled.
- ENJOY!
