These strawberry coconut overnight oats with strawberry milk make for a healthy breakfast and are also good for your gut health!
For the Strawberry Coconut Milk:
- 4 Cups strawberries, cut in half
- 4 Cup toasted coconut almond milk (cali farms)
- ½ Cup rich and creamy unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt (harmless harvest)
- 2 TSP vanilla extract
- 3 TBSP maple syrup
For the Overnight Oats, Makes 1 Jar:
- 1 and ¼ Cup Strawberry Coconut Milk (recipe above)
- ½ Cup quick oats
- ½ TBSP chia seeds
- 3 TBSP shredded coconut
- ¼ Cup strawberries, diced
