Pretty Plate Sparkling Ginger Mint Paloma
Refreshing and tart with hints of sweetness and a little fizz. Plus, you get nutritional benefits with the fresh grapefruit juice. What more could you want in a cocktail!?

Ingredients
- 2 Shots of tequila
- 5 Ice cubes
- 2-3 TBSP fresh mint leaves, packed + more for garnish
- 1 Cup fresh grapefruit juice (I purchased the already fresh squeeze grapefruit juice in the container from my local grocery store, however you can squeeze the actual juice from the grapefruits themselves if you would like as well)
- 2 TBSP simple syrup
- 1 TBSP Cointreau
- 1/2 TSP ground fresh ginger OR a few fresh ginger peels
- Topo Chico to top
- Sliced grapefruit wheels or wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a shaker minus the topo chico. Muddle until mint leaves and ginger are mixed well.
- Strain and place in your serving glass of choice.
- Top with Topo Chico.
- Garnish with mint leaves and grapefruit slices
