For the Pan Seared Garlic Butter Steaks:
- 4 NY strip steaks
- 8 TBSP unsalted butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary sprigs
- 6 garlic cloves
For the Chive Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 Cup Parsley, minced
- 1/3 Cup Cilantro, minced
- 1/4 Cup chives, minced
- 1-2 TBSP Soy sauce
- Fresh Lemon juice from half of a lemon
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/4 TSP red pepper flakes
- 5 large Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 of a shallot, minced
